Banana Milkshake
Today we will learn how to make a quick, nutritious, filling and delicious milkshake with banana which needs just 3 ingredients.It is also very simple to prepare.Ingredients needed
Milk - 1 cup + 1/4 cup
Ripe banana - 1
Honey or jaggery or sugar or any sweetener of your choice.
Vanilla ice cream - a scoop (optional)
Method
Peel the skin, chop and blend banana with 1/4 cups of milk to a fine paste. Then add the rest of the milk, honey, ice cream and blend again. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
Garnish with grated chocolate if desired.
